By using xTrack, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
xTrack is designed to help athletes better understand training patterns, recovery context, workload trends, and performance signals. You remain responsible for your own training decisions and how you use the information provided by the platform.
Use of xTrack
You may use xTrack only for lawful, personal, and training-related purposes.
You agree not to:
- misuse or disrupt the service
- attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts
- interfere with platform security or stability
- use xTrack in a way that harms other users or xTrack LLC
- reverse engineer, scrape, or exploit the platform beyond normal use
We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access if these Terms are violated or if doing so is necessary to protect the service or its users.
Fitness and Training Guidance
xTrack provides performance-awareness insights generated from available training data, user input, and product logic.
These insights may include:
- workload context
- recovery signals
- consistency trends
- muscle focus analysis
- progression guidance
- fatigue awareness
All insights are informational only.
Because training, recovery, and performance are highly individual, insights may be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, or unsuitable for your specific situation. You should use judgment and consider your own experience, environment, health status, and goals before acting on any recommendation or signal.
xTrack does not guarantee performance outcomes or training results.
No Medical Advice
xTrack does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency services. It is not a substitute for licensed medical care, professional coaching, physical therapy, or qualified health guidance.
You should consult an appropriate professional before making significant training, recovery, nutrition, or health decisions, especially if you have an injury, medical condition, unusual symptoms, or concerns about readiness to train.
User Responsibilities
When using xTrack, you are responsible for:
- providing reasonably accurate information
- using insights as one input among many, not as guaranteed instruction
- training safely and within your personal limits
- maintaining account and device security
- complying with applicable laws and platform policies
- understanding that you are responsible for decisions made using the service
Accounts and Access
Some features may require an account, device permissions, or payment processing services.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for activity that occurs through it.
We may suspend, limit, or terminate access if:
- these Terms are violated
- the platform is abused
- access creates security or operational risk
- required by law or platform providers
Payments
xTrack may offer paid subscriptions, premium features, or free trial access through third-party payment providers such as Apple, Stripe, or other supported platforms. After a free trial ends, continued access to premium features may require an active subscription.
xTrack LLC does not store full payment card information directly.
Subscription billing, cancellations, refunds, and renewals may also be subject to the terms and policies of the applicable payment provider or app marketplace.
Privacy and Data
xTrack does not sell your personal training data.
We collect and use only the information reasonably necessary to operate, improve, and support the product experience.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, xTrack LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from:
- use of the platform
- training decisions
- injuries or health outcomes
- interrupted service
- data loss or data inaccuracies
- third-party platform failures
- device or connectivity issues
xTrack is provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis.
While we aim to provide reliable and useful insights, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, complete accuracy, or error-free operation.
Changes to the Service
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of xTrack at any time as the platform evolves.
We may also update these Terms periodically. If material changes are made, we will take reasonable steps to provide notice through the app, website, or other appropriate channels.
Continued use of xTrack after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict of law principles.
